This conference examines next steps for improving NHS estates and facilities management, focusing on the financial challenges and opportunities; creating flexibility, innovative spaces and efficient use of existing assets; and priorities for developing fit-for-purpose primary care facilities.
Speakers will include Robert White, director and health value for money audit at the National Audit Office; Dr Brian Balmer, General Practitioners Committee premises negotiator, and chief executive of the North and South Essex Local Medical Committees; Clive Shore, strategic estates planning implementation director at Community Health Partnerships; and Peter Sellars, deputy director of estates and facilities at the Department of Health.
